A 10 mile out and back course. Course starts at first farm gate on the Great Clifton junction approx 250 of A66/A595 Bridgefoot/Clifton Roundabout. Where riders take the first exit heading towards Cockermouth. Riders continue heading towards Cockermouth taking the 3rd exit on the first small roundabout (towards Cockermouth) in an easterly direction towards Cockermouth. At the A66/A5086 ‘Premier Inn’ Roundabout riders will again encircle the Roundabout and retrace the A66 in a westerly direction towards the junction sign posted Brigham, where bear left onto 'Brigham' and at top of short rise follow the road round to the right (Low Road) and continue on this road until Bridgefoot, climbing hill past church (on left) to finish approximately 25 metres past crest and concrete bus shelter.
