START on B5272 road at northern side of entrance to Glasson Limited near Winmarleigh and approximately 2.5 miles north, north-west of Garstang and 2.5 miles south of Cockerham Village Hall.
Proceed north along the B5272 to junction with the A588 at Cockerham (2.75 miles) where bear left along the A588 via Stakepool, Preesall (CARE-Sharp left-hand bend) bend), Stalmine and Hambleton to TURN by encircling Miller Island just short of Shard Bridge (14.27 miles).
Retrace along A588 via Hambleton, Stalmine, Preesall (CARE-Sharp right-hand bend) and Stakepool to FINISH at northern end of hedge alongside A588 at south-side of southerly entrance to farm adjacent to triangle of grass with three large trees on west side of road approximately 0.75 miles before Cockerham (25 MILES).
