START on the A6 approximately 6 miles north of Penrith at the south end of a layby 50 yards north of Penrith Veterinary Laboratories Agency and 15 kerb stones north of the first kerb stone of the layby. Proceed south on the A6 to turn at the first roundabout (junction with B5305 leading to J41, M6) (4.298m). Retrace along the A6 past the start to finish at a grate beside the first tree on the left after slight left hand bend with a layby on the southbound side, approximately 0.3m south of Inglewood cottage (10m).
