This course replaces the one that goes over the Snake Pass
Start On the A624 at a JS/37 mark outside of Glossop Fire station opposite Lamp Post No 82045 approx ½ mile south of Junction A57 & A624 traffic lights. Proceed on the A624 via Hayfield to:-
Chinley Under the railway bridge left and under the A6 to Chapel-en-le-Frith (Ferodo Traffic Island), left then under the A6 and immediate Right WITH CARE up the slip road to join the A6 to:-
Dove Holes Left along the A623 to the Wanted Inn at:-
Sparrowpit Left of the Wanted Inn on an U/C road to the top of the Winnets Pass, left for approx ½ mile and left again along Rushup Edge to pass under the A6 and RIGHT on the slip road to join the A6 at Chapel-en-le-Frith to the next traffic island where left to Ferodo Traffic Island right on the A624 repeat the outward leg via Hayfield to:-
Finish In the Centre of the lay-by on the right hand side of the road approx 1 mile from the centre of Glossop Town Centre.
