Start at field entrance on B556 (St Albans Road) 120m West of traffic calming island (TL 218 014). Proceed east, using cycle lane to pass traffic furniture, to roundabout and take the second exit onto St Albans Road. Proceed south to roundabout and turn left onto Swanland Road. Turn left at t-junction with Tollgate Road and proceed to Colney Heath. Perform a u-turn at Colney Heath roundabout and retrace to finish at (TL 218 014) using cycle lane to pass traffic furniture.
