At Park Farm bear left into Ingatestone Road, left again at Wood Barns Farm Proceed left into Mill Green Road and continue through Fryerning and Mill Green to take left turn at Viper PH. Take left again at T junction at Highwood to complete first circuit (8.16m). Repeat circuit twice more to FINISH as START.
