START (GR 641004) at E.P.1 (opposite), 60 yards into Beggar Hill, Fryerning. Proceed left into Mill Green Road and continue through Fryerning and Mill Green to take left turn at Viper PH. Take left again T junction to High Woods, past Blackmore Pond. At Park farm bear left into Ingatestone Road, left again at Wood Barns Farm to complete circuit (8.16m). continue to Mill Green to FINISH (GR 639011) opposite Post Box, 60 yards before Cricketers PH, next to Hardings Lane
