START (GR 516022) at western corner of Toot Hill village green. Proceed through Colliers Hatch and Wood Hatch to turn left through Mount End. At 'T' junction turn left over Theydon Mount, across M25. Continue to 'T' junction . Turn left to 'T' junction at A113 north of Passingford Bridge . Turn left and proceed through Little End to UBS Factory and turn left to Toot Hill village green to complete one lap. Repeat lap to FINISH at start. (approx 20miles)
