Flat circuit in a rural area taking place entirely on the Jurby Road A13, Isle of Man. The area is free of any business or any large residential areas. Part of the A13 has been newly resurfaced in the last 18 months with the remaining road surface in good order.
• Start Jurby Road A13 junction with Baldromma track on one side and a private road entrance to the other from which the event is organised. The start line affords good visibility to traffic passing in both directions with the private road only being used by those connected to the event.
• Riders will continue along the Jurby Road with no deviation.
• The course is free from requirement to stop or give way and is clear of any traffic lights or pedestrian crossings. It runs through predominantly farm land with some hamlets and housing which borders the road.
• The turn is situated after the junction with west lodge and before the junction with the entrance to Shuttlehill farm. The turning point is in a rural area free of any residential property and is lined with low hedge rows leading on to open farmland.
• The return route is no deviation Jurby Road A13.
• The finish is situated prior to the start line.
