START at point of junction of A134 and road to Cranwich Heath, approx. 0.95 mile NW of Mundford rab.
Proceed on A134 to Whittington rab, take 1st exit onto B1112 and proceed on B1112 through Brookville and Methwold to join Brandon Road. Proceed through Weeting to turn left. Proceed to join A1065 (Caution) . Turn left and proceed on A1065 to Mundford rab. Take 1st exit and proceed to complete circuit at start point. (19.23)
On completion of 2nd circuit (38.46) proceed on A134 to Whittington rab, take 1st exit and proceed on B1112 through Brookville and Methwold to FINISH at point (0.14 miles) past junction where B1112 bears right. (50 miles)
