Start on the no through road from Wantisden Corner to Wantisden Hall opposite the first tree nw of the farm entrance. Turn left onto the unclassified road to Tunstall Common. Turn left onto the B0178 and through tunstall on the B1069. Go 'straight across' the Bentwaters roundabout onto the A1152, and through Eyke to Bromeswell. In Bromeswell turn left on to the B1084, and proceed through Rendlesham Forest to Butley. At Wantisden Corner turn left onto unclassified road to Tunstall for second lap. At the end of the second lap the finish is located in the layby on the unclassified road at Wantisden Corner. Turn left off the course to beyond the start area before turning round to return to the hq.
