Start at point approx. 0.5 miles north of Mundford rab on A134
Proceed on A134 to Whittington rab (M). Take 3rd exit proceeding via Wereham rab to start Circuit 1. – 9.82 miles
Circuit 1
Encircle Wereham rab and retrace on A134 to Whittington rab, take 1st exit and proceed to Mundford rab, encircle and retrace via Whittington rab to complete circuit at Wereham rab. – 20.20 miles
Complete 1st circuit – 30.02 miles
Complete 2nd circuit – 50.22 miles
Complete 3rd circuit – 70.42 miles
Complete 4th circuit – 90.62 miles
Complete 5th circuit – 110.82 miles
Complete 6th circuit – 131.02 miles
On completion of 6th circuit continue on A134 from Wereham rab to Stradsett Xrds, turn left onto Downham Road and proceed to Bexwell rab take 4th exit and proceed to Stradsett Xrds to start Circuit 2 – 7.28 miles
Circuit 2
Turn left onto A134 and proceed to Tottenhill rab, take 1st exit onto A10 and proceed to Bexwell rab. Take 1st exit onto Downham Road and proceed to Stradsett Xrds to complete 1st Circuit – 13.10
On completion of 1st circuit – 151.40 miles
On completion of 2nd circuit – 164.5 miles
On completion of 3rd circuit – 177.6 miles
On completion of 4th circuit – 190.7 miles
On completion of 5th circuit – 203.8 miles
On competition of 5th circuit proceed to turn right (CAUTION) at Stradsett Xrds and proceed on A134 via Wereham and Whittington rab to Mundford rab. Take 4th exit and proceed to start Circuit 3 at junction with road to Cranwich Heath 12.98 miles Total – 216.78 miles
Circuit 3
Start at junction with road to Cranwich Heath, proceed on A134 to Whittington rab. Take 4th exit and retrace on A134 to Mundford rab, take 4th exit and proceed on A134 to complete circuit at junction with road to Cranwich Heath – 13.81 miles
On completion of 1st circuit – 230.59 miles
On completion of 2nd circuit – 244.40 miles
On completion of 3rd circuit – 258.21 miles
On completion of 4th circuit – 272.02 miles
On completion of 4th circuit start Finishing Circuit at junction of A134 with road to Cranwich Heath
Finishing Circuit
Start at junction of A134 with road to Cranwich Heath, turn left off A134 and proceed to turn left onto Cranwich Heath road. Proceed to turn left and then left again on Lynn Road, Weeting. Proceed through Weeting to turn left and then left again (CAUTION) onto A1065. Proceed to A1065 to Mundfor drab, take 1st exit onto A134 and proceed to complete circuit at junction of A134 and road to Cranwich Heath. 10.11
