start on the b1164 near scarthingmoor mill, at a marker on the carriageway 55yds south of a gated access to waterworks & approx.400yds south of egmanton lane. proceed north to tuxford (2miles) where turn left and onto sliproad to join the a1 southbound carriageway. proceed south to the first exit at carlton on trent where bear left up the sliproad to the “t” junction (give way). turn left and forward to the crossroads at the junction with the b1164 (give way). turn left and north on the b1164 passing through the start (11.7miles), and continue to repeat the course for a second circuit (23.4 miles). upon completion of the second circuit continue forward to tuxford to finish at marker opposite telegraph pole 2, just beyond the railway bridge. please shout your number at the finish. after finishing riders should continue forward to the next “t” junction where turn left to return to the hq. please be mindful of other competitors who may be behind you and still on the course.
