PREVIEW 29-30 JULY

No Championship this weekend so a bit quieter for our sport one week before the Blue Ribbon event, the 25-mile Championships.

This weekend’s `25s` include the Sunderland Clarion event with Danny Grieves (GS Metro); Dean Robson (Northover Vets-Rudy Project) and Conrad Moss (Mid Devon CC) go for the Mid Devon CC promotion: Chris Fennell (Thanet RC) and Bronwen Ewing (Rye & District Wheelers) ride the West Kent RC `25`; Matt Gibson (JLT Condor), David Crawley (Velotik RT) and Barry Charlton (Swinnerton Cycles) try for the Seamons CC event.

The South Pennine RC’s Joe Summerlin Trophy 25-mile time trial includes Andy Jackson (SSLL-RT), Stephen Irwin (North Lancs RC), Brett Harwood  (Team Bottrill-HSS), Adam Gascoigne (Giant Store Rutland-Wattbike) and Karen Ledger (Team Bottrill-HSS Hire).

For those who like a day on the bike CC Breckland run their 12-hour event with Carl Donaldson (GS Metro), Mark Turnbull (TORQ Performance) and Adam Duggleby (Vive Le Velo) and Team Swift’s `12` has Mark Nulty (Glossop Kinder Velo) and Joe Le Sage (Rutland CC).
