Pontypool RCC promoted the Welsh Championship `10` and provided Kieran Davies (drag2zero) another chance to show his form after taking third in last week's 25-mile title race. Davies clocked 18-36, a plus 32mph effort. Jonathan Wears (SSLL RT) and Dean Robson (Nopinz) claimed second and third with their respective 20-14 and 20-26. Stephanie Post was fastest women with a 22-27.

The AeroCoach `10` was the Midlands Championship and it was Matt Clinton (Mike Vaughan Cycles) who triumphed, a 20-02 putting him 12 seconds up on Jonathan Wears (SSLL RT) , Liz Powell (Mike Vaughan Cycles) rode off with the women's title with her 23-08.
Third in the National 24-Hour Championship, Victor Chetta (Mid Shropshire Wheelers) was third in the Nova Raiders `25` won by Matthew Davies (Rhino Velo RT) with a 51-57, Chetta home with a 54-42. George Fox (Wellingborough Cycles RT) had a near three minute victory in the Finsbury Park CC `25` with his 50-15, Leigh Smith (Equipe Velo) was second with a 53-11.
