PARKING
DC Regulation NO PARKING within 50 yards of the cross roads in the centre of the village.
NO PARKING IN Hole Lane adjacent to the HQ nor on the forecourt of the HQ. There is limited parking at the HQ. Parking is allowed on the grass verges on the bridge over the A31, but not 2 cars where you get 3. There are 2 lay-bys on the of the A31 after the Bull PH.
NOISE
Please keep as quite as possible when arriving at the event, please DO NOT shout to your mates or slam car doors, residents will be asleep close to the HQ, Regulation 1 makes it a disciplinary offence for all connected with the event who brings the sport into disrepute.
NUMBERS & SIGNING-on-SHEET will be at the HQ, which must be signed by the rider. Any late instructions will be at this point. Numbers should be returned at the HQ in exchange for a free drink, other refreshments will be available.
NO FOOD or DRINK provided during the event.
FIRST AID is being provided by Tony Cosstick on 07925546027 he is hopping his phone will remain silent, but help is there if needed.

MILAGE BOARDS will be at 25, 50 & 75 miles, where intermediate times will be taken

Cycling Time Trials, and the event promoter, strongly advise you wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an internationally accepted safety standard, all riders under 18 must ware a helmet.
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
