Description

Last year this was a very popular course and we were oversubscribed. This year we have extended the timing for the event with a women only field going off first, followed by tandems and then the men's event. The course is suitable for novices and younger riders and was popular last year for the ease of navigation and the warm HQ at the beginning and end of the event - with home baking from Otley Cycle Club members. Last year we had a strong women's field ranging from faster riders to novice riders and it was good to see at least one junior woman entering the event. It would be great this year to exceed the 30 women riders who participated this year.

As with all Otley Cycle Club events there will be equal prize money for men and women in all categories – including veteran and juniors and tandems.
