It is great to see so many faces returning year on year and to get such a great turn out in 2016, thank you all for putting your names down.
We have two events so two start sheets, the first event starts at 2pm and then a paracycling event starting at 4:30pm.
As a reminder the start is about 8miles from the HQ, great for a warm-up but leave yourself enough time to get down to the start.
If you are in the later half of the first event, can you please ensure you leave some space at the lay-by outside the Hardwick Pub near Abergavenny . This is for our Paracycling entries on hand cycles as you can all understand.
