Surrey Cycling Club is a vibrant road cycling community based in Weybridge, Surrey. We pride ourselves on being one of the friendliest and most well-organised cycling clubs in the South East of England, welcoming riders with some cycling experience and a reasonable level of fitness.
Founded in September 2020 during the pandemic, what started as a single vision has grown into a thriving community of over 150 active members. We are affiliated with British Cycling and registered with Cycling Time Trials (CTT), committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable cycling experience for all our members.
Year-Round Club Rides
We organise club rides throughout the year, with rides scheduled on our Strava Club a few weeks in advance. Each ride includes detailed route information with maps, elevation profiles, distance, and expected cruising speed, so riders can prepare accordingly. We've developed a library of over 100 tested routes across beautiful Surrey, led by our experienced Ride Captains.

Who Can Join?
Our club is open to anyone over 18 years old with some cycling experience and a reasonable level of fitness. We welcome riders from all backgrounds, genders, and nationalities - we currently have members from over 20 different countries.
To join, you'll need a fully functional road bike, a helmet (mandatory for all rides), and a friendly, positive attitude. We're a private club, so all new members either join directly or attend up to two demo rides before becoming full members. Membership is £49 per year and runs for 12 months from the day you join.
