start on b4242, ¼ mile west on the cross valley link road at resolven, and at western edge of bt box in pavement adjacent to lamp column n0. 194. proceed west on b4242 via abergarwed, ynysarwed to bottom of rock and fountain hill. climb hill and continue to aberdulais to give way sign at junction with a4109 –take care at this junction. bear left down hill to aberdulais interchange. bear left down slip road to join a465 eastbound. proceed to resolven roundabout, 2nd exit to blaengwrach roundabout. take 1st exit left for ¼ mile to junction with b4242 where bear left and continue via pentreclwydd , pass start point (15.309 miles) and continue for 2nd lap of circuit. repeat 1st circuit to finish at resolven “30” sign (30.017miles)
