HQ Area:

Start on the east side of the A168 at the most southerly post in lay by, approximately 450 yds north of slip road leading to A59. Proceed south to Walshford TI (2.688 miles) where take the third exit (right )over bridge over A1(M) to the Bridge Inn TI (3.070 miles). Straight on (first exit) on A168 to Kirk Deighton TI(5.342 miles). Encircle island and retrace via the Bridge Inn TI (7.653 miles) to Walshford TI (8027miles) where first exit (left) and continue on A168 to finish opposite drain cover on east side of road ,240 yds north of entrance to New Inn Farm and 150 yds north of triangular warning sign “two way traffic”(10 miles).
