HQ Area:

Start at east end of High Street Topcliffe, on north side of road at YW hydrant, 20yds before slip-road to A168 (northbound). Bear left up slip road to join A168 and continue on A168/A19 to slip road to A684 (Northallerton) (14.15mi). Bear left on to slip road and keep left (give way) under dual carriageway. Keep left to join A19 southbound carriageway (15.07mi). Continue on A19/A168 to slip road to A167 at Topcliffe (28.67mi). (NB DO NOT turn into the pet food emporium sliproad at about the 300 yard countdown marker!) Bear left on to slip road and continue to junction signposted Dalton & Hessay (29.00mi). Turn left (care) and continue over narrow bridge (you have priority over oncoming traffic) towards Dalton to finish at telegraph pole D-1A (30.00mi).
