Please DO NOT wear cycling shoes in the hall.
Please DO NOT flush paper hand towels down the toilets as this causes expensive blockages.
Riders should exercise extreme care when riding through villages, in particular Tiptree, across the double roundabouts and through Birch itself which is narrow with parked cars (often on both sides of the road) and with people and their dogs wandering dreamily into and out of the paper shop.
Please make sure you read the site specific risk assessment and any other notices posted before you sign on.
And finally. . .parking is restricted at the hall. Please car share or ride out if you can. If not please be prepared to park nice and close to your neighbour so we can try to get everyone in. Thank you
IN THE INTERESTS OF YOUR OWN SAFETY

It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
