HQ Directions:
From North, follow A34 South to M4, take M4 West and exit at Junction 14.

From South follow A34 North to M4, take M4 West and exit at Junction 14.

From West follow M4, exit at Junction 14.

From East follow M4, exit at Junction 14.

From Junction 14 M4 take A338 north (signposted Wantage and Oxford and after a quarter mile turn left onto B4000, Ermin Street. Follow B4000 for approximately 2 miles before turning left into School Lane, signposted Village Hall.
 
Parking will be available on the cricket pitch next to the Village Hall. No parking on the course or on the access road the Shefford Woodlands village.
Village Hall car park is reserved for officials and helpers only.

Event Regulations:
“Regulation 22 (a) (use of motor vehicles) does not allow competitors to be preceded, accompanied, followed or in any way receive assistance from a motorised vehicle or its occupants,”
Both body and arm numbers will be used for this event. Please ensure that the body number is clearly visible from behind and fixed in accordance with Regulation 16 and that the arm numbers are fitted to the upper arm and visible from the front when in your normal riding position.

In accordance with Regulation 15 riders under the age of 18 and/or Juniors must wear Protective Helmets.

District Regulations:
Restriction of Parking at the Start and Finish
LWDC 4 No vehicles, except those of the timekeepers’, shall be parked at the start or finish.
Reporting of breaches of Local Regulations
LWDC 5 All breaches of Local Regulations shall be reported in writing to the London West District Secretary.

Catering:
Catering will be provided throughout the day. There will be a selection of both sweet and savoury foods and refreshments.

Riders Notes:
To reach the start; turn right out of the HQ and follow the B4000 to the junction with the A338. Turn left and follow the A338 for 200 metres. Turn right onto the B4000 towards Newbury and follow for approximately 1km. The start is at Wickfield Road. Allow 15 minutes to reach the start. There will be toilets at the start, please do not use hedges or trees to relieve yourselves.

After finishing riders must not stop but should continue to the headquarters.

Additional Notes:
In the event of the course be unavailable a backup course has been measured H10/3R. Should it be required details will be provided at riders’ signing on.

Riders should note that CTT Regulations regarding both riders’ machines and riders’ clothing will be strictly enforced. Both body and arm numbers must be worn, with body number clearly visible from the rear and arm number from the front. Check your handbook to ensure that both you and your machine comply. If you or your machine does not comply, you will NOT be allowed to start.

Prize Presentations are planned to take place as soon as possible once all results are verified by the timekeepers.
Awards will be presented by Jim Burgin, Chairman of London West District.

Kimroy Photography will be attending the championships. Order forms for copies will be sent out with the result sheet.
