Cycling Time Trials and the event organisers strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. All riders under 18 this is compulsory.

Competitors Machine – Lights
Cycling Time Trials recommends that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine and is active whilst the machine is in use.

Riders please be aware of traffic calming on the A442 in the Cold Hatton area which means the road width is reduced.
