HQ-Riders sign on and obtain numbers at Bickerstaffe FC opposite Bickerstaffe Church.
   
After finishing please return numbers to HQ.
Parking is permitted in the service road on A570 near Elephant Hotel.
 
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE BUNGALOWS.
            
LIMITED PARKING AT HEADQUARTERS.

RIDERS MUST NOT MAKE ‘U’ TURNS IN START AND FINISH AREAS.
FAILURE TO OBSERVE THIS REGULATION MEANS DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT.

      
IN THE INTEREST OF YOUR OWN SAFETY.
Cycling Time Trials and the event promoter strongly advise that you wear A HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an international accepted standard. In accordance with Reg. 15
All competitors under the age of 18 and/ Juniors must wear a protective Hard Shell Helmet.
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine
In a position visible  to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
