No warming up on the hill once the event has started.
No parking at either the start or the finish except for the time keepers.

In the interest of your own safety, Cycling Time Trials and the event promoter strongly advise you to wear a hard shell helmet that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position clearly visible to following road users, and is active whilst the machine is in use.
Junior & Juvenile riders MUST wear an approved hard shell helmet (reg. 15).

Climb:
Maximum gradient 20% (1 in 5) with altitude gain of 100 metres.
Fixed Gear Climb – gear range 40” – 50”
