Headquarters:  
Harby Sports Pavilion, Church Road, Harby, NG23 7ED.  The HQ will open at 8.30am.  There is ample parking in the grounds of the Sports Pavilion, so please do not park anywhere else locally.The numbers will be at the HQ, and refreshments will be available.

Do not warm up on the course, the start is approximately 3 miles away, so allow enough time to ride there. 

IN THE INTERESTS OF YOUR OWN SAFETY, Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. In accordance with Regulation 15 ALL JUNIORS & JUVENILES must wear Protective Hard Shell Helmets. 
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
 
The National Secretary (Competitions) has asked that we make competitors aware that the CTT 3rd Party insurance cover is not applicable 'rider to rider'.

By entering this event, you have declared on the Entry Form that you are aware of the Rules & Regulations of the CTT, and that you agree to abide by them.

You should at all times ride at a speed that is within the boundaries of your own bike handling skills, and obey the Highway Code.  This applies to all  events, but should be particularly borne in mind when negotiating corners, bends and junctions.
HEADS UP WHILST RIDING  look where you are going and watch the traffic around you.

ROUTE FROM HQ TO  THE START
Right out of HQ, sharp left with road, then take right signed Lincoln and Saxilby.  Follow this road to Give Way crossroads with B1190 (Doddington Road).  Straight over and at T junction, take right towards Saxilby (Broadholme Lane).  Total distance approx 3 miles

COURSE CS/8   24.5 miles    FOR SENIORS & ESPOIRS
Start at junction of minor road from Broadholme with A57 south of Saxilby Bridge.  Proceed west on A57 to Drinsey Nook junction (1.6m) where bear left and continue on A57 to Newton.  Left at junction in Newton (3.8m) onto A1133.  Proceed south on A1133 to Besthorpe (9.5m) where sharp left onto minor road to Wigsley.  Left in Wigsley (13.4m) to crossrroads junction south of Thorney (14.6m) where left to South Clifton junction (16.7m).  Left onto A1133 to Besthorpe (20.1m).  Sharp left onto minor road to Wigsley (24.0m) where keep straight on, to finish at mark in road near Pumping Station, approx ¼ mile from Harby village (24.5m)

COURSE CS/3  14.1 miles   FOR WOMEN, JUNIORS, VETS, DISABLED & HANDCYCLISTS
Start at junction of minor road from Broadholme with A57 south of Saxilby bridge.  Proceed west on A57 to Drinsey Nook junction (1.6m) where bear left to stay on A57 to Newton (3.8m).  Turn left and proceed south on A1133 to Besthorpe (9.5m) where left onto minor road to Wigsley (13.4m).  Keep on the same road through Wigsley (DO NOT TURN LEFT), to finish at mark in road near Pumping Station, approx ¼ mile from Harby village (14.1m)
