LONDON EAST LOCAL REGULATIONS
4.8.2 No ‘U’ turns are allowed within sight of either the start or finish points.
Riders carrying out this dangerous manoeuvre are liable to disqualification from the event and further disciplinary action by the District Committee.

4.8.3 Body numbers will be situated at the event headquarters and can be exchanged for a drink afterwards.

4.8.4 Out of respect for local residents the use of static trainers, e.g. turbo trainers or rollers, is banned from all morning events in the London East District.

4.8.5 Riders are reminded that dropping litter, such as energy gel wrappers, is a criminal offence and offenders will be liable to disciplinary action by the District Committee.

In the interest of your own safety, Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a hard shell safety helmet that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. All Juniors and/or riders under the age of 19 years are required to wear a suitably approved helmet.
Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters recommend the use of a flashing rear light whilst competing.

At all roundabouts competitors must give way to traffic from their right and give a clear signal as to their intended route.
At the Hinxton Hall roundabout – PROCEED WITH CAUTION DUE TO THE DESIGN LAYOUT.

No warming up along the course is allowed once the event is in progress. Please use the B1383 south of the start.
There is to be no parking in the vicinity of the start or finish areas except for the timekeepers’ vehicles. Parking is forbidden in Widdington Lane and on the B1383 between Stanstead and Newport – please use the event headquarters.
