
The headquarters is the Roche Victory Hall. The HQ will be open from 3pm on Saturday 23rd June for the Women's event. And it will be open from 6am on Sunday 24th June for the Men's event.
Refreshments will be available at the headquarters during and after the races.

If the weather conditions make it inadvisable to use the A30 an alternative 50 mile course was also measured using the adjacent single lane roads where the risks caused by road spray are much diminished.
REVISED COURSE DESCRIPTION
Start on the Old A30 10 yards East of the partially tarmac track leading to unmanned level crossing gates, below the brow of the hill and approximately 770 yards West of Victoria (GRSW981 613).
Go East to Victoria interchange. At the first roundabout take the second exit to cross the A30. At the second roundabout take the first exit to remain on the old A30. Go East to Innis Downs interchange, where circle the roundabout taking the fourth exit to retrace along the old A30 to Victoria.
At the first roundabout take the second exit to cross the A30. At the second roundabout take the first exit to remain on the old A30.
Go under the Iron Bridge and over Castle-an-Dinas to Trekenning roundabout. Take the first exit (South) onto the A39 to Halloon roundabout. Circle the roundabout taking the fifth exit back onto the A39 (North). Retrace to Trekenning roundabout. Take the third exit to keep on the A39 (North) to Winnards Perch Roundabout. Circle the roundabout taking the fourth exit to return to Trekenning roundabout. Take the first exit and follow the road past Castle-an-Dinas to return to start area (25.07 miles). For SI 00/50 repeat all of the above to finish at the start line (50.14 miles). Intermediate mileages: -

Competitors must only use the numbers supplied by the event organiser.
Body Numbers should be fitted in accordance with Regulation 16. Arm Numbers should be fitted to the Upper Arm facing forwards.
Use of Motor Vehicles
This event is under 100km. Regulation 22(a) requires that: A competitor shall not be preceded, accompanied, followed by or in any way receive assistance from a Motorised Vehicle or if s occupants, except in distances of 100km or more to assist with a competitor's reasonable feeding and other requirements.
IN THE INTERESTS OF YOUR OWN SAFETY, Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an Internationally accepted safety standard. It is also recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
No U Turns at start, if seen you will be disqualified. No warming up on the course once event has started. No parking or warming up in the industrial estate as you will be clamped. The HQ is in a residential area so please be considerate to the residents.
