To get to the start, turn left out of H/Q continue through town centre to RAB turn right (3rdexit) proceed over A12 to reach start. (approx 1.25m mile)

CTT EAST DISTRICT LOCAL REGULATIONS
No warming up on any part of the course once the event is in progress.

Use of Turbo trainers is banned at all East District events with AM start times

U turns will not permitted on courses or roads adjacent to start and finish areas whilst race is in progress.
DEFINITION: - A U turn is defined as a 180 degree turn completed within the highway whilst astride the machine. (It is recommended that the rider should dismount, check the road is clear in both directions, then with machine walk across the road)

NOTE: - Any breaking of these regulations in the first case will mean disqualification from the event. Further cases will be referred to the District Committee.

In the interest of your own safety Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets international safety standard.

All competitors under the age of 18 years must wear a hard shell helmet.

The East District Committee and Cycling Time Trials recommend that all competitors should fit a rear LED light flashing or constant to enhance visibility to other road users.
