 The Event Finish is on the A10 carriageway – do not enter the lay-by preceding the finish as your time will not be recorded
 On finishing riders must not stop, but continue riding to take next exit to Rush Green RAB and make their way back to the event HQ
 Please be aware that the start is ca. 3miles away from the HQ – directions to the start will be available when signing on
 Some parking is possible nearer the start on the B1502 on the approach to the A10/A414 Rush Green Interchange
 To Avoid Congestion at the start riders should endeavour not to arrive at the start lay-by more than 5min ahead of their start time
 There must be no parking of motor vehicles in the vicinity of the start & finish points apart from those of the timekeepers & other officials.
 The HQ is in a quiet residential area, please be respectful of local residents and keep noise to a minimum
 Static Trainers Must Not Be Used
 Body Numbers will be available in the HQ on signing on and can be exchanged for a drink after the race
 No Warming-up on the Course After the Event Has Started
 Cycling Time Trials & the Promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets internationally accepted safety standards
 Hertfordshire Wheelers Recommend that Riders use a tail-light, especially those riders towards the rear of the field
