Riders please be aware that the A41 is a very busy road and therefore Please await your start in the lay by and off the road.In the interests of your own safety Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an internationally accepted standard. For Junior riders this is compulsory
You are also advised to have a red rear light fixed to your machine and working in either a flashing or static mode at all times whilst riding on the course
