Event HQ: Leaden Roding Village Hall (no access before 1.30pm).
Collect numbers from HQ and return in exchange for a free drink.
Please do not wear cleated cycling shoes in the HQ.
Refreshments provided by volunteers in aid of the ISABEL HOSPICE.
When the car park is full please park sensibly keeping the footpath clear, causing no distress to the local residents.
This event has been handicapped by the Event Secretary using the CTT Standardised Handicapping System – all improvements must be notified to the Event Secretary.

4.6 Competitors are not allowed to warm up along the B184 between the Aythorpe Roding village hall and Great Dunmow prior to or during an event.
4.8.2 NO ‘U’ TURNS are allowed within sight of either the start or finishing points. Riders carrying out this dangerous manoeuvre are liable for disqualification from the event and further disciplinary action by the District Committee.

IN THE INTERESTS OF YOUR OWN SAFETY, Cycling Time Trials and the Event Promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL SAFETY HELMET that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. In accordance with regulation 15 ALL JUNIOR COMPETITORS MUST WEAR Protective Hard Shell Helmets.
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
