Rider Notes:
Riders must call their numbers at the finish and elsewhere on the course if requested.
Riders must not stand in the road at the start or finish area of the event.
Riders must not stop on the A435 after passing the finish as this is a clearway?
Riders must not ride with their heads down.
Riders must not warm up on the course.

Safety:
All competitors 18 or under must wear a HELMET of HARD/SOFT SHELL construction that conforms to a recognised standard (see regulation 15).
But in any event Cycling Time Trials recommends ALL competitors wear such a helmet.
CTT also recommends that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position clearly visible to the following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.
